Welcome.
Counsellors, like clients, and all humanity are wonderfully unique, and it is important to find the right therapeutic relationship for you. It can be difficult to know where to start especially when life may already be a struggle. I am an integrative counsellor keen to hear and support you as you work to unravel what is going on for you and decide how best to manage, change, or grow. I work with young people (12-!8 yrs old) and adults, offering short and long-term work, single session therapy, face to face and online/telephone counselling.
